I really want this story to start with…“There I was…alone in the bush” and tell you how I stood this guy down, with the spit hanging from his lip.
But the reality is we were on our way from the airport and our driver spotted this herd. He told me “Under no circumstances do you leave the van!” Then he stopped and opened the slider door so I could shoot from the safety of the van. OK, not a great story in risking my life…but still, a great photo!
